Afghanistan will square off against India in the second T20I against India at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi, on Tuesday. The visitors, interestingly in this case India, won the series opener comprehensively by seven wickets to take a 1-0 lead in the series.
On the other hand, Afghanistan were not good enough with the bat. They were reeling at 43-5 at one stage but did well to post 156 runs on the board, courtesy of Azmatullah Omarzai’s fifty.
However, India made light work of the run-chase with Abhishek Sharma top-scoring with 82 runs off just 32 balls.
