India will lock horns against the West Indies in the first ODI at the Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram on Sunday. India had lost the last ODI series against England by 2-1 and they would aim to bounce back strongly against the Caribbean nation.

West Indies, on the other hand, suffered a 3-2 series loss against New Zealand in their last ODI series in July while playing in their own conditions.
