India will lock horns against the West Indies at New Chandigarh in the third ODI of the series on Saturday. The hosts won the second game of the series by eight wickets after they were able to chase down the gargantuan score of 406.
Shubman Gill scored a high quality knock of 233 runs in the run chase and broke multiple records. Rohit Sharma also scored a fine century and his celebration showed that the hundred meant a lot to him. However, India’s inexperienced bowling line-up would want to come up with a better performance.
Anshul Kamboj has replaced injured Prasidh Krishna in the squad.
West Indies batters have also played with aplomb but they need to pull up their socks with the ball.
