Chennai Super Kings will square off against arch-rivals Mumbai Indians at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on Saturday. CSK recently thumped MI by 103 runs and both teams are in need of a win in the ongoing season.
MI have looked down and out as they have managed only two wins in eight games. Their bowling unit has failed to deliver the goods and they need to turn a corner. CSK, on the other hand, also need to come up with improved performance with both bat and ball. The Men in Blue seemed dependent on Sanju Samson and would want to come up with a collective show.
Stats Preview:
MI opener Quinton de Kock needs 59 runs to complete 3500 runs in the IPL. The left-hander needs seven sixes to reach 150 maximums in the tournament.
Suryakumar Yadav needs 27 runs to complete 4500 runs in the IPL.
Trent Boult needs five wickets to complete 150 wickets in the IPL.
CSK captain Ruturaj Gaikwad needs two fours to complete 250 boundaries in the IPL.
