McHugh is expected to play a key role in ATK Mohun Bagan’s success in the upcoming season of the Hero ISL and also the AFC Cup.
On the other hand, Halicharan Narzary has extended his contract with the defending champions Hyderabad FC. Narzary had grabbed the headlines when he had scored the winning penalty against Kerala Blasters FC in the final of the tournament in the penalty shootout.
Narzary has all the experience under his belt and he is going to add value to Hyderabad FC. The 28-year-old has the experience of playing 28 matches in the Hero ISL.
The winger is delighted to join hands with Hyderabad FC and he is looking forward to the next season.
“I am super excited to extend my stay with this wonderful club,” said Narzary after penning his new deal that will keep him at the club until the end of 2022-23 season.
“I am thrilled to be a part of this group again and I cannot wait for the new season to get started,” he added.
Narzary has been playing for Hyderabad FC since 2020 but he had missed a lot of matches after suffering an injury in the team’s opening game of the previous season.
