Haryana Steelers will take the mat against Gujarat Giants in the 40th match of the ongoing Pro Kabaddi League at the GMCB Indoor Stadium, Gachibowli, Hyderabad on Thursday. Haryana Steelers have won three matches whereas they have suffered two losses in their five games.
The Steelers are in seventh place in the standings with a total of 16 points. Haryana lost their previous match against Bengal Warriorz by 40-38 after winning three on the trot. Vinay scored a perfect Super 10 whereas Shadloui also scored nine points but they could not save their team from a two-point loss.
On the other hand, Gujarat Giants have lost their last four matches and they certainly need to come up with an improved performance. They are struggling at the bottom of the points table with only seven points in five games. The Giants suffered a huge loss of 49-30 against defending champions Puneri Paltan in their previous match.
Raider Guman Singh top-scored with 12 points but none of the other players could support him much.
Match Prediction: Haryana Steelers will begin the contest as favorites against Gujarat Giants.
